Reginald A. Grant (Reggie)

 

Reggie Grant is the Director of UK Launcher Programs reporting to Rick Edwards, Vice President of Tactical Missiles for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. Reggie has profit and loss responsibilities for the M270B1 Development and Production Programs and the Light Mobile Artillery Weapons Systems – Rocket or LIMAWS(R) Assessment program execution and capture Manager for the LIMAWS(R) Demonstration and Manufacturing Program. Primary duties include executive oversight of the UK Launcher Programs and interfacing with key customer contacts in the Future Artillery Weapons System – Integrated Project Team of the United Kingdom Defense Procurement Agency and the Precision Fires Rocket and Missile Systems Project Office to enhance and extend the UK MOD’s capability to project medium rocket fires.

Reggie has been with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control for 18 years and has served in various technical, business and program positions. Prior to coming to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Reggie spent 10 years on active duty as a field artillery officer in the U.S. Army in various positions of responsibility. His last active duty assignment was Assistant TRADOC System Manager for Rocket and Missile Systems. Reggie has considerable experience with fire support command and control systems and launch platform integration.

Continuing his service to country, Reggie served 17 years in the U. S. Army Reserves and achieved the rank of Colonel. His last assignment was Commander, 4th Brigade (Combat Service Support), 95th Division (Institutional Training). He entered the Retired Reserves in August 2005.

Reggie is a 1978 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York with a bachelor’s of science degree in General Engineering. He also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Performance Management from Dallas Baptist University.

Reggie and his wife, Carole, live in Arlington, Texas and have three daughters, Elizabeth, Sarah and Susan.
