Retz and Associates is a small veteran owned consulting business specializing in assisting companies in doing business with the US Government and in particularly with the Department of Defense.  This includes start ups as well as expansion of existing businesses. It can include a range of services from establishment as a viable government resource including internal organization etc. to business development to contract negotiation and execution or project management.

 Rear Admiral Retz as the principal is totally involved in the accomplishment of whatever services have been contracted and is normally the single consultant involved.  He may at times contract with other knowledgeable associates for special or assisting activities depending on the requirements of the engagement.  In addition to this primary business, Rear Admiral Retz is a Senior Executive Consultant with Defense Solutions, Inc. a consulting firm specializing in Defense and Homeland Security with offices in Washington, DC, Tel Aviv and Budapest.  He is also associated with Burdeshaw Associates, LLC, a Washington DC based consulting firm.

Retz and Associates is currently under active contract for consulting work with both small businesses and with a Fortune 100.
