Roger D. Kirkpatrick President
Roger Kirkpatrick is a former Marine Corps officer currently working as a Program Manager and Operations Analyst for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Dallas, Texas. He holds a current top secret clearance, is a graduate of the University of San Diego, the Armed Forces Staff College, and the Navy War College. He served as a Marine Corps Infantry officer until 1997 when he joined Lockheed Martin. During that time he participated in operations in Cambodia, Vietnam, and Somalia, served as the Dep. Dir. of the UNC/CFC/USFK/EUSA Command Center in Seoul, Korea, was a faculty member of the Marine Corps Command and Staff College, and the Marine Corps War College. At Lockheed Martin he is involved in the development of hybrid electric tactical combat vehicles both manned and robotic, advanced survivability suites for tactical vehicles, and issues concerning human-robotic interface. He has participated in Operational Analysis of Electro-Magnetic Launch weapon systems and extensive studies concerning the Army’s Future Combat System, the requirements of future expeditionary warfare, the development of advanced tactical missile payloads, and application of both non-lethal weapons and advanced Directed Energy technologies. Roger has served as project manager for the analysis and development of a Naval Land Attack Missile System for employment from both surface and subsurface naval combatant platforms and electromagnetic weaponry for both Army and Marine Corps applications. He is a member of the Navy League, Marine Corps League, the Naval Institute, the National Defense Industry Association, American Society of Naval Engineers, the UTA Mid-Cites Technology Club, Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International, Military Operational Research Society, and International Council on Systems Engineering. He is married to the former Miss Erin Dickes. He enjoys historical research, skeet, hunting, fishing, golf, baseball, and camping.
